Continence Aids Payment Scheme
The Australian Government has set up a new scheme, Continence Aids Payment Scheme (CAPS), which provides a payment to eligible people, who have permanent and severe incontinence, to help assist to meet some of the costs of their continence products. The CAPS provides a greater choice and flexibility when choosing the right continence product. You can now purchase the most appropriate continence products, from the supplier of your choice.
Those eligible for the CAPS system will receive an annual tax exempt payment from Medicare. According to the Australian Government Department of Health and Aging, the CAPS payment will be up to $497.79 for the 2010-11 financial year.

Description
MoliForm for men is a purpose built product designed for moderate to heavy urinary and faecal incontinence in the male. The super-absorbent core and crotch area are designed especially for the male anatomy. The large fromt absorbent area includes a strengthened super absorbent and cellulose layer along the rim of the pad for efficiency. Anatomically shaped anti-leak cuffs and "Blue Barriers" at the front and back, ensures complete leakage protection. Discretion is built into this product. The silver grey waterproof backsheet provides a discreet colour coding option for men; and an integrated wetness indicator identifies when the product needs to be changed.
